The Government of the District of Columbia (“District”), through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (“ODMPED”), invites qualified development teams (“Offerors”) to respond to this Solicitation for Offers (“Solicitation”) for the development, redevelopment, or adaptive reuse of the following sites (each individually, a “Development Site”):
